Ask the question. Get a straight answer.
You do not need to read a report to find out what is going on. Pick a question an owner asks every month and see the kind of answer Pharma Metrics gives back.
Getting started is a conversation first.

Which dispensing and point of sale systems does it work with?
That depends on your setup, and we confirm it in the first conversation rather than promise a list here. Available views depend on the agreed data setup.
Is it live or real-time?
Refresh frequency is agreed as part of setup and shown with the figures, so you always know how current a number is.
Does it make clinical or patient-level recommendations?
No. Pharma Metrics is business reporting. Clinical judgement and operational decisions stay with the pharmacy.
Can I compare several stores?
Yes. Measures are defined the same way for every store, so a group view compares like with like.
How is our data handled?
We walk through exactly what is collected, where it is held and who can see it during setup, before anything is connected.
What does it cost?
We discuss pricing once we understand your setup and what you want to see. Early access is open to Australian community pharmacies.
What would you like to see more clearly?
Tell us a little about your pharmacy and the question you would start with. We will set up a time to talk it through.
